Ordered the new wagyu burger at lunch with 2 other orders, get back to eat it and mine wasn't in the bag. Called, spoke to Adriana who said come back and get it, she agreed to after work. Go back and wife also ordered, get to window & said they gave our order & my burger to someone else so please pull forward. Burgers come out, made sure there were 2 burgers. Get home and both were raw as hell. Your team sucks including the guy i returned it too. Sorry Adriana and Karen but they work for u. Will never be back. Zero Stars. Look at pic it's not medium well slight pink center but medium rare more like rare.

Ordered two for $6.00 Chicken Sandwich and the Fish Sandwich. The were both warm at best and very dry. Couldn't eat the fish.

I will never return to this place,my sandwiches were almost raw and smelled like a dead animal.the girl at the window was very rude and didn't give me a receipt. Ruined my lunch! Stay away from this place!

Meh. The food was good, but we had to wait a while for some reason... maybe they were cooking the sliders fresh? And they completely ignored our order for the large coke. But it's ok.

Service was not that great. If you hate your job, there are plenty of other places that need help. I understand that we all have bad days but, you are in the customer service industry. ***I am always courteous to restaurant workers.***

After ordering I gave coupons to the cashier. She looked at them took the coupons and then cashed me out. She didn't even use the coupons and when I asked she said she needed to know before hand (even though I have done this numerous times before and no issues). I didn't have time to talk about it and I needed to go. However her manners came across quite rude and I had to ask for the coupons back since they weren't used. I got back to my place to eat and the order was not right, one of the worst Arby's around. Very disappointed as it is one of the closest to me.

How about updating your business hours? I’ve pulled up to Arby’s so many times and they were closed when their business hours said otherwise.

Ordered double roast beef. What they put on the sandwich wasn't even the regular amount. And it was dilapidated bits of roast beef. Looked like it went through a blender. I asked for Arby's sauce. Zero sauce in the bag. This location needs more workers, more training or higher pay. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.
