A sign at 2pm (normal lunch hours) saying 'back in 15' is just not on. Either open or close. I know people are entitled to a break, happy to have it done but this is neither professional nor useful during lunch hours. Lost my custom here for good now.

Probably the worst sub I’ve ever had and not exaggerating. The workers are always rude and talk about each other in an unprofessional manner in front of customers. There was also no bread as an option today for whatever reason, the worker that waited on me threw a fit over something while throwing a whole footlong away and took her anger out on my sub by putting an ungodly amount of mayo and mustard that when I bit into my sub it was gag worthy.

Just witnessed a yelling and cussing match between workers, one behind the counter and one sitting in the dining room. Things were seemingly escalating very quickly so I went from waiting in line to walking out the door. I don’t need to go back.

We had thebest service and lunch at this subway that we have had ina long time. We had the protein salad. So good! The employees were great and very patient with us! Happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I don't blame subway personally. But I blame the worker that said they didn't make what I ordered but about let me leave without it. So I'm glad I double checked my order. She told me to contact cooperate for a refund. So it's kind of stupid for 5 dollars. I'm just more annoyed at the lady who was just gonna lie to me. So now I'm waiting on a email for 5 dollars. It's silly.

My sandwich was 75% mayo. I tried to call. They answered then hung up immediately. I tried calling back, they screeched into the phone and hung up again. Everyone working there needs to be fired.

I don't leave reviews but man, I have never had a good experience in this store. I almost walked out of a restaurant where you practically make your own food. Incredibly slow service, the person making my food took his gloves off with his mouth, and they had to scrape half of my toppings off after placing a fist full of the nastiest looking multi-day old cucumbers I've ever seen on my sandwich. Bad enough, the other employee said he shouldn't have put them on there. Won't be going back.
