One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to.
Where do I start, it has a nice look from the outside, but it’s the inside that’s horrible, first of the all the register was broken they had to use the drive-thru register, after I got my food and went to get sauce packets, the sauce containers were empty, also the bathrooms, there is a huge hole in the wall of the male bathroom that is covered by tape, there was no hand soap, and the one toilet that is in there was so disgusting I had to clean it myself. Just a horrible experience, there is very good Taco Bells just this is a horrible one.

So anyone who knows me knows I love Taco Bell. Well my husband decided to take an OT shift after work tonight so yup it was a Taco Bell night! I get on the app & order & pay for my food. Go into pick it up & guess what...I put my order in to the one by my work....30 minutes from my house. The manager made it right for me in so many ways & the staff she had tonight was amazing. She did not need to help me out on the way she did being that it was my stupid mistake. Lol. I feel like our fast food workers are pretty overworked a lot of days so I wanted to make sure they knew I appreciate them all!!! Hope you all enjoyed the cookies.

They've been open for about an hour 3 of us are sitting in the drive-through 3 cars and no one came on the intercom to say we're not open or we're busy we can't attend to you for a measure to my time just nothing if the drive thru is not open when they're open they should put a cone or something blocking off the drive-through. Acknowledge that you have customers on site let them know that you can't be servicing people for this amount of time don't just let them sit there and waste their time I've never gone to this place in the past and I never will again

This place sucks. None of their machines ever work, they are always out of cheese and regular items that should be frequently stocked for a Taco Bell. Employees sit out side in their cars and smoke and hand you your food smelling like cigarettes.

I'm 100% convinced they're using the same fried tortilla for the Mexican pizza they had in storage from the last time they ran it, likely pulled out from their crawl space. I'd describe the flavor as stale with a hint of dusty attic.

The black girl working the night shift was completely disrespectful and they tried to lie and say they are out of ground beef and when I pulled up they lied and said I couldn’t order because there computers are down and when I started recording them the computers were just rebooting apparently and they all ah sudden had ground beef that lady was absolutely nasty towards us because we called her out for her lies and pure laziness GREAT JOB TACO HELL
