Great service, food was good.
Tried this place again yesterday and felt great with all the items we ordered. Shrimp rellenos, fajita bowl, tostada salad, churros, flan were awesome.
Drinks and ambience rocks.
My wife and I had an awesome experience eating here. It was my first time and they had me with the black beans they gave us with the tortilla chips. My wife had the shrimp fajita dish and I had Grandma's Carnitas. The food was so good and tasty. Our alcoholic drinks were perfect as well. When a restaurant has really good black beans with their complimentary tortilla chips you know your in for a good experience. The dessert just made this experience a 5 star experience.
One of my new fave places for Mexican food. Very flavorful, more authentic, and great selection of dishes. A little on the higher price side but worth it for the quality and taste of food prepared. Also have a nice assortment of adult beverages and mimosas. Very satisfied with shrimp dish.
The outside patio area was great for our 12 person company luncheon. A few weeks later I returned to get an order to go and everything was well put together for the ride home. Their carnitas are so good!
Visiting from out of town. Late dinner for us 7:30. Chips and guacamole were good. Hubby's burrito was humongous, enough for lunch next day. Mine could have had more flavor but still good.
Food here is soo good. I have no idea if it is authentic but everything I've tried exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was attentive but not overly so...just right! Can't wait for our next opportunity to dine at Carmelita's. (The Roseville location is much smaller but the food and service are just as good)
Been eating here for about 6 years now. Like the ambiance (especially patio) and staff, love the drinks but always thought the food was just standard/mediocre... till today. Finally got around to trying the Serrano Chicken and it blew me away (not spicyness)! Chicken might have been a tiny bit dry but with that awesome serrano cream sauce on it... Who Cares! Served with a slice of grilled poblano covered in melted cheese, delicious! Guess I gotta sample more of that menu. Don't be afraid to try new things! Highly recommend this dish! :) Happy Mothers Day.
The food is Always delicious and fresh..and our server was attentive and really nice. We really don't eat out much anymore but when we do we come here. Never disappointed!
