Fabian's was Fabulous. Everything was perfect and the blue cheese wedge salad was the best we have ever seen, heard of, or eaten.
Outstanding food! Service was good and the ambience was great. They handled a large family gathering with minimal fuss. Overall a wonderful experience!!!
Excellent!!!!. We've eaten at Fabian's multiple times and have enjoyed the whole experience. It's a nice relaxed environment. Wev'e tried a lot of items on the menu and we never leave disappointed. These chefs really know how to prepare a great meal. I would highly recommend.
Worth a visit. I've been to Fabian's once and I'll go back again. My food was great, my wife's pizza was overcooked, with an almost inedible cracker crust left in the oven too long. Ordering at the counter is a little quirky, not what I was expecting, but the runners that brought our food were courteous. Nice decor, not too busy, not over-run with undisciplined children, so that's a plus. Looking to go back soon again and try more of the menu.
The perfect spot. Inside or outside on the patio, it's pretty perfect. we loved the food....and everyone was so welcoming...they don't say no,ever, when you have a particular request.....and that's really great when you have a "picky eater" in the crowd!
we are always impressed with the food, and of course, the wine and beer! it's pretty perfect!

And the beer selection? Outstanding. Racer 5, Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA! Awesome stuff.
