Not sure why I keep coming back to this McDonald’s. I’m the evening, only one order is taken in the drive through and that person has to be out of the drive through before another persons order is taken. Doesn’t make any sense. Also, ice cream machine is “down” almost every time I come here.

Normally very happy with mcdonald's food but today both hamburgers were pretty squished and one the meat was in pieces. Most of the time I've stopped getting fries bc they always seem mushy (not my preference) or stale as this time.

I was told by the girl at drive through that I couldn't order a drink while dashing because I am on the clock. She said it was new policy I asked who's because I don't punch a clock or have a boss. She said mcdonalds. This location is old outdated, snobby manager. Always long lines. Manage your store before you try and manage other workers not on your platform and bringing you in more money than ever! You should bow down to us!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Sign said they close at 11 and I came at 10:32 and pulled up and the girl goes “sorry we’re closed” in a very hurtful tone and it ruined the whole nite. When passing the window she was chowing down on an Oreo McFlurry clearly mocking me. Just wanted to have a good last night in NEPA with some high school bros 🤙

Every order we receive from here has been wrong. Doesn't matter if it's door dash or going through the drive thru something is always missing or wrong.

The service was excellent .the food is always good.and all the workers are kind and courteous.and the manager Sandy is such fantastic person

The remodel is great, very friendly staff. I don't care for the kiosk ordering system or the employees carrying my food to the table. I like to order at counter, and carry my own food but it's an excellent place for a quick bite to eat. Drive through is usually always busy, this is a popular mcdonalds location

I go thru drive thru many mornings. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are always delicious. The staff is extremely nice too.
