Freshly made pretzels on the premise. Many varieties to choose from. They got special promo on Tuesday and Thursday. Great customer service and no waiting unless you want something right out from the oven.

Absolutely ridiculous- I went in last Saturday around noon to get a couple of pretzels and was told they were just filling orders and to come back in 2 hours. This is a retail store and I could not believe this was how they treat customers.

This is a great place if you are seeking great tasting pretzels in large volumes at a reasonable price. We picked up 20 full sized pretzels for $9! Wawa sells similar sized pretzels for 1.19 each but most of the time the pretzels from Philly Pretzel Factory were made within a few minutes of ordering. No joke! I never had a bad pretzel from this place!

I regular stop by on weekends to get pretzels for my business. The staff there, especially Phyllis, are awesome and super accommodating. Fast service and there's nothing like a fresh out of the oven pretzel. Keep up the good work.
