I walked into Exeter Town Pizza after a hectic day from work with with friendly staff smiling happy to take my order. That's very rare today! They were extremely busy when I placed my order to go during their dinner rush. I expected the usual 10- 15 minute wait so I sat down to relax for 3 minutes only to get called back up to get my grinder. Thanks to the guys in the kitchen who make it happen daily, and the woman who wears glasses working at the counter. I enjoyed every last crumb. If you're driving on South County Trail in Exeter...don't hesitate to stop by this place for true friendly service and great food!

Great breakfast… Can’t beat the food, portions or prices. The staff is extremely personable and they are quick with the coffee refills without you even asking. Great special board as well with most full breakfast specials under $9-$10 that even include your coffee. Delicious pizza and subs too.

Update: As you can tell by my original review, I really enjoy the pizza from Exeter Town Pizza, but I wanted to update a more recent experience. We decided to order some Fish & Chips to go and we were really blown away with the over quality of the dish. The fish batter was perfect, thin, not oily. Portion was generous and the fries were crispy but not over cooked. We were thrilled we our order. Very good old School pizza, in my opinion the best cheese pizza we've ever had anywhere. Rock solid, old school pizza. Family favorite.

Wife and I went to RI on a day trip to visit play friends. When we arrived in early morning friends suggested we go here for breakfast. Seemed kind of wierd having a pizza for breakfast. It seems this place serves full breakfasts until noon. Then pizza shop fare. The breakfast food was excellent and the staff fun to talk with if your out in the area stop in.

I'm unsure what they use to make their pizzas, but once we tried their pizzas, we have not bought one from any another place. When we had the big flood in Exeter, I couldn't find my way home thru the flood. I went into Exeter Pizza and ordered a pizza as I waited for my husband to come to get me so I could follow him home. The people in the restaurant were so nice as I described my situation. I felt so safe while I was there, and when my husband came to rescue me, we shared the small pizza I had ordered. It was delicious.

I walk into the restaurant with my mother and the place is packed, we sat our selves down at a clear table, we were waited on very quickly by a waitress Effie and she asked what we wanted to drink. In about one minute we got our coffees and asked what wanted to eat. I ordered two over easy eggs, two pancakes, an order of toast, and homes fries. She made it a special with the pancakes on the side so the meal was cheaper. My mother got a veggie omelette with an order of toast. The food came out in about four to five minutes which is very quick in my experiences of dining out. None of the food had any cold spots, not burnt, nor under cooked. The price for the food was $15.13. We left happy with a full stomach.
