Always go to this location whenever I get the Taco Bell craving. Service is fairly quick, largely depending on the customers before you. They have gotten my order right every time so far, and I eat there nearly twice a week. If you need some quick, convenient, and delicious food, this is a solid Taco Bell. Keep up the good work!

Efficient and friendly location. Try to avoid going when Ewa Beach Elementary School lets out. The traffic is crazy and makes it difficult to get to to Taco Bell.

The older workers and day workers have outstanding customer service. Night/late night have the worse attitude ever. Rude, don't say one word to you not even a thank you or come again.

This may be the most incredible Taco Bell location I have ever been to my entire life. Don’t be fooled as it may look sketchy from the outside but I can promise you you’ll have the most delicious Taco Bell you have ever ingested from this specific location.

You will get what you came for. It is Taco Bell. The store is clean, and the air is cool inside. Friendly staff running the place, but they struggle with their peak time customer load.
Unfortunately lately they have been unable to keep up with their dinner rush causing extreme long waits, twice in the last week more than 20 minutes before people started bailing out of line in the drive through. This also causes backups in traffic in both directions on papipi rd.

It's very odd. Overall probably the worst Taco Bell as far as the inside and online ordering working etc. But overall way better than the other locations on this side. Food is always made correct!

This is my local taco bell and I have no problems with that! Staff are kind and very quick, food is always great too no matter what time you go.

Pretty standard for Taco Bell. Quick service. They got rid of the Double Decker after like 4 decades… what? I know you have everything back there to slap a tortilla with some beans on a crunch taco… come on TB get it together.
