This Waffle House is great! Food is always good. The staff is great and very kind. There are many older people that come in to this restaurant. The staff holds the doors, helps them to their car(or out of it, when they pull up). They fix their utensils and turn the coffee cup just so,whatever they need, so they can eat comfortably. You don't see that much anymore. I love that! That is what sets this Waffle House apart. It's love and kindness in the atmosphere . friends gather, strangers talk, travelers rest and everybody says goodbye when you leave.

Been in here for 47 minutes. Took 40 minutes for us to get the rest of our food. Never have I been to a waffle House and watched them turn people away at the door. Only 14 people in the place and the staff is saying to anyone that comes in it will be 45 minutes to an hour before they can serve them. I am paying my bill and it will be my last time. By the way I am at the Evergreen Alabama location. The waitress has ear buds in and the cook can function. This is sad. 7/22/17

We had a wonderful time at the waffle house! Our server was spot on as was our food. We were offered to go cups which impressed us. Thank you for the great food.

The only real issue I had with the Evergreen Waffle House was....I got a three egg ham & cheese omelet and it was all egg with very little ham & cheese. I like to get a little ham & cheese with every bite. Had lots of bites with nothing but egg. The service was decent.

The staff was super friendly. The food was prepared well and exactly as ordered. The restaurant itself is a bit long in the tooth and could have been cleaner.

Worked there people it is infested with roaches. And there are staff member stealing from you you thank you paying your bill but they pocket your money then make a new ticket with a differant price . Trust me it is not even worth it their corp office shoild close it and start over

We just left Waffle House, yummy, our waitress Lisa....was GREAT!! She even brought me warm syrup for my waffle. ; )
