Smoke On The Mountains Barbecue

Had smoke on the mountain BBQ at the Elevation Celebration and it was amazing. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with fries, I also sampled my friend's parmesan truffle fries. Everything was tasty, well seasoned, mouthwatering good. I was very happy they where there, BBQ is great summer food and perfect food for a a street fair like this. I would highly recommend them to a friend and would be willing to track the food truck down to order more food.

There are not words to express how delicious this food is!!! I have ordered food several times now! The flavors are so deep and perfectly balanced! It's not like some Bbq that has flavor only on the surface. The deliciousnes is in every bite!!! I have tried most of the different kinds of meat offered and everything I have tried has been moist and perfectly smoked. My favorite is the chicken thigh sandwich! And don't even get me started on the Truffle fries and homemade cornbread!!! Oooo doggy!!! I can't get enough!!! The service has also been outstanding!!! Delivery arrives exactly at scheduled time every time!!! The delivery personal are friendly and respectful and always have a smile and kind words to give everyone who they encounter!!! I wish I could give them a million stars!!! A++++++!!! Seriously try it!

awesome food truck! so much to offer, I had the house smoked pastrami sandwich it was so delicious! had trouble deciding between the pastrami sandwich or the smoked bbq chicken sandwich ,or the bbq ribs, saw that go by waiting in line., the beans were so good as well as the truffle fries , i will be at the evergreen rodeo to enjoy your food again ! love it
