Taco Bell

Great location for a Taco Bell, but it is NEVER open. Their business hours show 11-2. Haha, not a joke though. But, we stopped by at noon today, 5/11/22 and obviously it is closed during their whopping 3-hour window of business. We ate here ONE time (and we enjoy Taco Bell for what it is and we live close by). The employees were great, the food was better than any other Taco Bell we have ever tried, the place was clean and set up perfectly.... I asked why they were never open and all the cashier looked me dead in the eye and said "Management" and nothing more, with a stern look on his face. Just take your signs down and permanently close this Taco Bell already!!! All you do is get peoples hopes up for some quick, moderately good American version of Mexican food. It is kind of an ultimate version of false advertising... because ALL of their advertising at this location is false, because it is never open!!!

We’ve given up trying to go past 4:30pm, but some days even attempting around lunch is fruitless. I understand there’s worker shortages going on and it’s not changed how we treat and interact with the few employees they have working at any given time - they’re doing their best, but this is 100% the worst place to buy a meal in Evergreen. Genuinely curious, why is it that McDonald’s and Wendy’s are capable of handling the shortage without closing prior to dinner on a daily basis but Taco Bell can’t? This is on the management and ultimately the owners. Whoever owns/manages this business should update the hours to reflect the times they actually have staff, at the very least.

Never open even if the drive thru sign is lit up. One week I went 3 different times between Noon and 2:00 PM, I kid you not each time they were closed. The worst experience is when I went last , I spent 30 minutes in line then got to the speaker waited 10 minutes. After waiting at the speaker someone came over the speaker and said their system was down and they can't take any orders. Thanks for wasting 40 minutes of my time for NOTHING. Someone below suggested calling Taco Bell corporate don't bother they don't respond either.

This hurts me. The general manager should be ashamed. The lady at the window side they had to close 2 hours early cause the GM left early an they had another manager from another store come close and she didn’t have “the codes”. The lady that waited on us has Epilepsy. And is one a lot of medication. She said that there’s only 3 employees. Damnit Taco Bell I miss my late night tacos. America has gotten outta hand.

I stop here about once or twice a month thinking maybe they have got it together but this is still the worst taco bell in existence. Half the time the just tell you they are closed. when they do actually take your order its always messed up. was overcharged twice and have yet to actually get what ive ordered at this location in the two years ive lived up here. Ive let it slide I understand things happen but 20 visits and not one has been successful in ordering or paying for what I received. Save your time go up the road to wendys

Went yesterday at 2:00. This was the FOURTH time in a row I've been turned away from this location without being served. There was a long line at the drive thru, so I went inside since I saw others eating in there. Guy told me he couldn't take my order as 2 of the 4 employees just went off-shift. As I left, I watched a few cars backing out of the drive thru. Sad situation. From the looks of the other comments, they might as well just close down permanently. No beans? Are they kidding?
