Great food and a good atmosphere, highly recommend a visit! But be patient with service, it can be a bit slow. I got fried goat with black rice and Accra for apps. Portions are good sized too so be prepared to take leftovers home 🙂

Cons: Certain foods were faster to come out than others so there can be a bit of a wait depending on the order. I will have liked the meat more soft. Pros: The food is enjoyable employees at la perle restaurant and lounge were attentive friendly and professional. I ordered two sides of legume one with fried plantain the other with fried pork and enjoyed every bite thank you la perle for helping make my mother 60th birthday what is was.

A new Caribbean (Haitian influenced) restaurant opened up on broadway in Everett. The Google GPS has it marked wrong where 444 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149 should be. From the traditional Haitian dishes I’m accustomed to, they give good variations on the rice, and I love the red sauce. Once it’s poured on the rice, you have a great tasting rice. Infuse the rice or the fried pork with the piklys, and you will have a good kick. The piklys are legit Anne are hot for the not so good spicy food person like myself haha. But it’s still makes me want to add it to my food! The vibes are nice with their greenery decor on the walls. The lights are nice at night and give a good mellow tempo. They do their Haitian patties differently. They’re not the flaky type but rather like fried dough with really good seasoned meat with a splash of citrus. Overall great place and will continue to get better. I’m a frequent there so I’ll be back soon enough.

The food here is great and you get so much you’ll never leave hungry. Service is slow though, but the patience is worth it.

The food was good. I have had better Caribbean food though. They also need to rewrite their menu for American customers' expectations. Their side of beans was more like a bean soup, and their turkey was some cut I had never seen before. It would have been fine if I had known what I was ordering.

I ordered food from this place through DoorDash. The driver was there for 41 minutes waiting and it shows in the app the pickup the order they never made the food when the driver ask what was taking so long the said the order just got in when he said no it did not no one try to help or figure it out. The girl simply said she didn’t care and she left. I am never buying food from them anymore this was a horrible experience I had to cancel the food.
