Texas Roadhouse

My family and I ate here tonight and the service was uninviting. First there was a 30minute wait, when we got the text to go in to get a table we were told to stand along the wall as other customers were being seated. That was another 5/10 minute wait. When we were finally seated it took a good 20 /25 minutes before a waiter came over. We were provided rolls but no plates until the last minute. It took forever to get our drinks and our waiter barely checked in with us. He provided my daughter with a drink no straw. Waited just about an hour for our meal. With the long wait and the place feeling like your sitting in an igloo we decided to have our food boxed up and go. To come home my steak Hard and dry. Hair in my daughters mashed potatoes. VERY VERY POOOR SERVICE not to mention the boneless buffalo wings were just cluster chicken and one of the waiters walking through the floor burping loudly without saying excuse me while patrons are eating… UNACCEPTABLE was not worth the $116

Got food poisoning from here last night! Not even going to mention the long pick up process. I ordered a bowl of chili and it came it two separate containers w two different cheese containers. I added the cheese in one and put the other one aside. Couple hours later In the night I’m feeling weak going to the bathroom & throwing up. I’ve only had a sandwich hours before this so I know for sure it isn’t that. Im adding a photo of the cheese container, this is how cheese looks when it’s been sitting out in room temp for a long time.

I wish there were 0 stars. That is how bad the service was at the Everett, MA location. Waiter (Aihma, I think) took over 40 minutes to get our drinks, another hour to get our dinner. Order was all messed up. Asked for well done and this is what we got. If this is well done , I would hate to see what medium is like. Staff utterly rude and blaming the kitchen and bar for the wait and messed up order. Never again, I would stay far far away from this place.

Bad food quality. Bread was cold. Mushroom is totally overcooked and salty. The prime rib has at least 1/3 fat, medium cook looks well done like a pork chop. The manager said it is totally regular and has no willing to solve the problems at all, I been visiting so many times this restaurant at Florida, nothings was this bad, they don’t even want to provide some napkins.

This is supposedly a medium rare ribeye and loaded potato skins, lol. Don’t eat here. It was inedible. Also, the location’s phone number doesn’t even work to contact them. Got a busy signal trying to call about the issue. I ordered online for pick up from their website. Had I used Uber I at least would have been able to get a refund. EDIT NOV 16: Before the Owner replied I had already reached out via Texas Roadhouse's online form submission. I have not heard back at all. Still waiting for a refund!
