Absolutely disgusting!!! Order food to go as I’m preparing my food I found a cockroach in the veggies/meat tray. I called them to let them know about the incident and was told to “bring the food and we will give you a new one.” Stay safe and do not go over here.

Don't use Google to order ahead. Other than that they have super great food for really cheap. A full dinner for 2 is around $28. The ambience needs work, but don't sell this place short. The food here is delicious and tastes fresh. I don't understand why this place doesn't get way more business- I literally crave their lemongrass steak bahn mi.

I come here all the time and get Bahn mi sandwiches I arrived a little before 7:40pm the sign on door says they are open til 8pm. She said I am not taking orders and said she was closing. I feel like if your open til 8pm than you should take orders until 7:59 she had all over 20mins when I first arrived

Ordered bun Bo hua and a sandwich to go. Order was correct server was polite and helpful. The soup was good taste maybe not #1 but it was worth eating. The sandwich was great as well plenty of meat and the salad on the sandwich was good. I'd come back again.

Great portions, tons of veggies. Veggie broth could be more flavorful. I added a ton of siracha and kimchee to pump it up. Quick service, friendly staff. Bathrooms left something to be desired, not very clean and no soap in the dispenser. Took my food to go.

I'm sure there food is decent but I dont want to eat anywhere that has cockroaches. I looked over from my table and it was lying there dead. Especially with COVID you think their health standards would be much higher.

I returned my food to the restaurant and explained that I did not eat it because I don’t want to be vomiting all night. Red flags that should have made me immediately head for the door:
1. Fish tank was like green cloudy. Floors where dirty. Zero maintenance
2. Online order was not received and server treated me like it was my fault!
I don’t know why I gave them a chance. Don’t go to Pho 36, the food is not fresh. The noodles where cold, the seafood looked (and smelled) way expired, the basil leaves looked old and wilted, I could go on.
Don’t go here. Don’t pay attention to the positive reviews, they are probably paid for.

The pho is very good. Really tasty broth. The brisket is also fresh and tender. The vegetables provided with the soup are also very fresh. The only thing that could be better is the service.
