Came here after a disappointing experience at a different establishment. This McDonald’s always gets our order right and we love them for it! Try the bacon McDouble!

This store could use some help. They might increase staffing with double coverage for late nights. With no customers in the lobby to service, I don't understand a consistently backed up drive-thru. No slight on the employees I see you working, but everyone needs to have the same energy. Let's see a crew of ALL managers work that shift? Show us how it's done 👍.

I went to the drive thru few minutes ago, I had a mobile order of four sandwiches and four burritos. I asked the lady that handed me my bag of i got everything in there she said yes. I got home one sandwich missing. I called two times nobody answered, left a voice message with my phone number. I’m tempting to go back, but too tired. I do mobile order most the time, so people would get my order right

So I made the order on the app and then drove to the restaurant for pick up but found out curbside was closed and so was the dining room so we had to wait for almost 30 mins in the drive through and give them a code at the window I use the app so I wouldn't have to wait once we got to he restaurant it was a really long wait thankfully they did get the order right but if your in a hurry for any reason would recommend not using the app from McDonald's cuz it doesn't seem to save you when your in a time crunch

Cesar or Sasar not sure how you spell his name but he is a manager here and he told me I could not have my SERVICE DOG in the store even though he was clearly marked a SERVICE dog. He is not allowed to tell me I can’t have my service dog that I need in the store but I was polite and put my dog in the car anyways because I do not like drama. I come back in the store and it is now my turn to order and I politely tell him that by law he cannot tell a service dog, that clearly is a service dog, they can’t be in the store. He replies “well I can refuse service to you” and “I say really? Please do and add to this story of you making a service dog leave the store.” And he tells me “ok leave I won’t serve you” and he walks away. Anyone that gets how messed up this is. To make a handicap put his service dog in the car and then refuse to serve him because he lets you know that he is lawfully allowed to do that. Please spread the word and if you support the cause of service animals, do not support this store. I will be reporting this to everyone I need to so it does not happen again

I prefer their customer service better than the one at Evergreen Way WA, I will not be going there and honestly I'm glad I don't go there anymore bc of some need to be retrain customer service, not be rude!!

We just drove from Marysville because the Tulalip location is under construction. We choose this spot because online it says open until 12am. Well my daughter and I walked in and started ordering at the kiosk when an employee informed us the lobby was closed. Like, we were just ordering....and they couldn't help us. And to boot, no apologies. Normally this wouldn't bother me but there are no signs to indicate otherwise and he said the doors were locked...but how did I get in? I'm glad I didn't bring in my 3 yr old who had been crying...they would maybe have felt a smidge bad for turning is away. Confirmed no signage of hours posted on door.

Worst experience ever. I walk there with my son. Looks like Noone knows what they are doing. No signs saying lobby is closed. Clearly a franchise, taking advantage of the younger generation...
