You can order online and it is available in around 15-20 minutes for pickup. The dining area is still open so you can sit and eat there

Oh Everett.... Why is everything in that city just terrible? I tried to order lunch yesterday but you lost my order twice and I had to deal with doordash as Chipotle couldn't cancel the order. I didn't want to, but I decided to go in today and pickup my order. Kinda wish I hadn't ordered as the bowl was lacking. Do you see the rice? Neither do I. 2 stars because at least i got something for my $24 Edit: 03/16/22 - Decided to go in today and I ordered the same thing as my previous review and.... See the difference? Ya, DO NOT doordash / use the chipotle app for delivery. It's insane I got more food AND paid way less (before fees). Smh. Edit: 03/28/22 - Told polo asada was online only. Really? You had a full bin of it. I don't see anything in the app either or any signs. One star. I'll be back soon! :)

I went here three times in 2021. The first time, they wouldn't take gift card. The second time, they wouldn't take gift card AND they refused to sell me chips even though there were some on the counter behind them. The third time, they were finally taking gift card but were out several key ingredients. I decided to come here just the other day (in 2022), and they were NOT taking orders inside. You couldn't order inside, and you had to order from online. I walked out and will never come again. Whoever runs this specific location must not like taking customers' money. This Chipotle hardly functions, and should look to other locations that run efficiently so they can take notes.

10/16/2021, I ordered a burrito with extra beans, extra chicken, light rice, pico and cheese. Online order because they were short staffed and were not taking counter orders. When I get home my burrito is filled with 95 percent rice, 3 pieces of chicken, about 15 beans, no cheese, no pico, do not order online at this place. If you do you have been warned. I would have taken it back but I live 15 mils away.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes, NO one acknowledged my presence!! A customer waiting for their order then told me that you have to order digitally!! There was no sign stating that…anywhere!!! Every time I have gone there in the last 2 months there has been some reason that I could not order!!! I love Chipotle but will never go to that particular store again!!! Whoever the manager is needs to train their employees on Customer Service. It was less than poor.
