O'charley's

The bathrooms are like gas station bathrooms.. We went because our 13 year old had a birthday today and he wanted their chicken strips. A person on a fryer can't mess up a pre made food already ready for a fry cook. We had to send back our appetizer it was slopped together, looked horrible and was not the portion of normal occurrences. A combo was ordered the steak 2 inch thick and the size of a plum. 😜... the baked potato looked as if it came from the night before, it was burnt and so hard the butter took off.. 😁 Another order was fried shrimp platter came with 8 pieces of shrimp, fries and and slaw that was warm and rank. 2 cokes a water all for big price of $63.85. Poor service and an empty parking lot on a Sat Evening should told us all we needed to know. Long time customers who want be back.

Lauren was amazing and very polite! Also was very nice to my son who didn't like his dinner! When we asked if we could get something different and she was very nice and got him something to replace what he didn't like!! Very nice staff tonight! The food was good for the most part however on mine and my husband's food there was a lot of pepper! You could taste the big pieces of pepper on our items. Don't get me wrong the food was still amazing as always! East side did pretty good tonight!!! So 4 out of 5 stars for the food and 5 out of 5 stars for our server Lauren!!!

Really enjoyed eating at O'Charley's tonight. The staff was really friendly and helpful. All of our food came out hot quickly and orderly. I really enjoyed the Nashville hot bbq sauce for my baby back ribs . The restaurant was clean and had reasonable social distancing guidelines. Our server was very attentive and offered great recommendations.

Just had our 50th Wedding Anniversary reception at O'Charley's 7301 E Indiana Street in Evansville IN. The Staff was wonderful. Management was very helpful in planning the event. The kitchen staff work quickly and everything was prepared to perfection. We had 2 outstanding servers - Heather and Tamarra . They were excellent, friendly and efficient making sure everyone was taken care of. We are very pleased with our choosing O'Charley's for our event. We highly recommend them.

We went to O'Charley's Restaurant tonight 5-14-22 on East Side of Evansville. This was our first time to eat here. Our waitress Na was really really great we give her 10 stars for her excellent attention to her customer and never letting our drinks be empty, the food and drinks was 5 stars. The desserts were also 5 stars. We will be back soon. Thanks for the great time tonight
