Roca Bar North

Had a pretty rough experience on a Friday night. It was a little busy and very understaffed. Our server worked hard to make everything go smoothly but the kitchen messed up several orders and took such a long time to bring out. Our pizza was brought out just as we were getting ready to leave. It was very good though! The mozz sticks are huge and absolutely delicious as well.

We were very disappointed with our meal which was the famous Roca Bar salad that we love. What a surprise! Something has changed. Not nearly the “goodies” included and it is much better when it comes out dressed like it used to. Now the dressing is brought with it and it is not as well coated. Mostly lettuce. Service was poor. They were not particularly busy but we had to wait awhile to even be acknowledged, then again to be seated and yet another wait to take our order. When our food came out, it was without the dressing, so we had to wait again while she served another table and cleared yet another table. She asked how our food tasted and we told her we didn’t know because we couldn’t eat our salad until she brought the dressing! They need help! Roca Bar is not what it used to be!

One of the tastiest thin crust pizzas I've had. Wait staff seemed friendly but a bit frazzled due to being short staffed on a night they were featuring live music on the patio. Beer seemed pricey for small plastic glass you get. However if in the mood for pizza this place delivers the perfect thin crust

The service here had gotten really bad a few years ago and we hadn’t been back. We took our family there tonight to celebrate my father in laws birthday. The service was the poorest I’ve had in a long time. Too many issues to list everything, slow, missing food, very delayed plates, rude waiter. I completely understand that for a variety of reasons, it’s very hard now to find good help however we won’t be back for some time. The food was okay at best but with extremely poor service it just makes for a really bad experience.

I think roca bar is a good place to eat. Their pizza seems to have changed. It is good, but seems to actually be better now. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it seemed to take longer than usual to get out food. The restaurant portion was empty except for us and it was noticeably long to get the food. In all fairness there may have been a group in an adjacent room. All in all, it’s worth the visit.
