Canton Inn is a long time treasure to the Evansville area, and as the old saying goes, "if it isn't broken, then don't fix it." The food there is as good today as it was over 30 years ago when I first tasted it. Hands-down Canton Inn serves the Tri-state's best Crab Rangoon! My personal favorite dish is the simple, yet delicious chicken and onions which can be found on the buffet but not on the menu itself. Don't worry though, you can order items like that even when the buffet is closed down. With a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff, Canton is a great place to dine in with family and friends, but they also offer takeout and delivery. Excellent!!!

This food was SO horrible, I can't begin to describe it. We went in on a Thursday evening, everyone was friendly enough but the buffet was disgusting. Everything was old, cold, tasteless and odd colored (the egg roll was grey!) The egg drop soup was literally water with corn starch and eggs. $25 for two buffets and 2 waters. Yuck!

Everything was good. Got there right at noon, very busy. Waitress was excellent! Food was good. My only complaint would be the LoMein. It was heavy instead of light with not much flavor. LoMein is usually a light texture pasta. This was more like a heavier noodle. I would return!

The buffet at this place it's truly awesome. They don't have a ton of items, but what they have they put the love in. We rarely ever go anywhere else. The food is fresh and the staff it's very friendly.

Went on Sunday, been going for over 20 years. It's not what it use to be. They didnt have corn fritters or Chinese donuts and there was hard things in the bourbon chicken. It's sad because they were always top notch. Do not recommend.

I have always heard of this place and the rave reviews, but I’m not on that side of town very often. Well, yesterday I was, so I stopped by. I started with some Hot/sour soup and it was good. I like to try different Chinese entrees so I gave the Hung Sue Gai (#6)a chance. It was good! A pile of chicken and vegetables and a perfect portion of steamed rice. The service was quick and very friendly! The buffet isn’t open at the moment but you won’t leave hungry with the portions you get here. Recommend. Some of the best Chinese food in Evansville.

Just NO. We paid almost $40 for 3 take out buffets on a sunday afternoon at lunchtime. These ppl are out of their minds.
The chicken was clearly low quality because everything was really chewy, not in a good way. I was looking forward to this? Yikes!
