The service was relatively fast and friendly, but the food itself was... meh.

They are always out of crisp meat /bean burritos… the last 4 times we’ve stopped by they’ve been out, both for lunch and dinner… Like how hard is it to prep more?

Very friendly, everything made to order. I ordered chicken chimichunga, fresh, and delicious. The chili Verde on their island is delicious. Thank you Taco time.

Was closed on Sunday. One of the busiest travel days in Evanston so no taco for me

15 min before closing time. Sat in drive thru for several minutes. Car came in behind me. Then another behind it. I drove up to windows and tapped on glass. Male inside made eye contact with me then disappeared not to be seen again. Don’t usually post, but thought manager may want to know? If not possibly franchise owner?

I just purchased 30 dollars worth of food. Included was 10 burritos/tacos. When I asked for a mere 20 hot sauce packets they made me buy there hot sauce for 6 dollars. They wouldn't even give me any packets of sauce after either, when I asked for original and hotter. Too top it off my order was wrong, this is my 4th run in with this place in a few months, I'm done coming too this poorly managed location, the laziness,and pure disrespect is unfathomable
