WARNING !!!! Bad Service. DON'T COME HERE. Complained about my payment options. Took my order wrong. The lady has a terrible nasty attitude. She won't refund or exchange my order. I will not come here anymore. The Indian Lady her name is Laxhsmi I believe is terrible. I repeat DON'T COME HERE.

I recently started working at a hospital locally, so this is my quick stop before I go into work. I literally stop here every day before my shift. They have gotten my order wrong five out of the last six times. I’m not ordering anything complicated, just a veggie omelette sandwich and a cold brew. I’m not sure how I get an iced coffee, and a sausage breakfast sandwich, or someone else’s order completely on such a regular basis, but it’s as if no one really seems to pay any attention when they take your order.

Very Nice service excellent I would say specially in the afternoon the lady name Nadiya she is so polite and nice she gave the stuff so fast that I ordered and it was so good. loved it

Ordered cold brew coffee and got iced coffee instead with glass full of ice. Taster horrible and and watered down and when asked, she said this is how it is suppose to be. We asked her to exchange it with just regular coffee because this tasted terrible and she flat out refused. Would never go to this place.. pay the same and get starbucks.. one of the lady was nice but other was rude and blunt.

Horrible service, nasty attitude. She gave me cold coffee when I asked for warm and then refused to switch it out, will never go to a Dunkin again. Avoid it like a plague.

I usually have a good experience with the staff and orders I have placed. I normally order ahead and they have my order ready. They now know me by name, which is nice because I don't have to really say anything but thank you when I walk in. Tho everyone else is still standing around waiting for their order. 🤭 Cheers!
