U dont understand how this location is always busy and they only have 1 person working. Wait time can get up to 20 minutes because of how slow that one cashier is doing things. And its like this EVERYDAY! Hire more people! No line should be longer than 5 min everyday to purchase items. The biggest inconvenience possible. He literally does not rush and goes as slow as possible. Im calling corporate because this is not ok.

I have grown up in the Evanston Community and all I wanna say is that this is one of the best 7/11's ever I really love how they keep their store clean and welcome their guest and I also bought a coffee here and the Manager gave me a free drink.

Rude and ignorant.
I wanted to buy a coffee and cash in a lottery ticket. The guy sold me the coffee but told me i had to go to another line for the ticket.
I said, you sale the lottery tickets here but I can't redeem then here?
The cashier said, "everybody knows".
First of all he made a big deal out of nothing.
I also don't know why he did this to me? Ive seen other people redeem a ticket when buying other items, without having to wait in two lines. Why did he get angry with me?
Then, I told him not "everyone knows", if you come to 7-11 for the first time how would you know?
He waved his hand tame to leave without asking if I wanted cash or ticket. He gave me the cash.
I have it all on video and am going to call the lotto agency to report his behavior.
