Dunkin'

I’ve tried being fair and giving this place multiple chances but they keep messing up my order and when I went in to complain about it today and get a refund for something I didn’t order, they made it seem like it was my fault on why they messed up and even told me that I shouldn’t come when it’s busy, there was only one other group in the place and they were already seated. I would never recommend going to this Dunkin’ I’d rather go to the Starbucks across the street.

Every time I go there they mess up or forget my order and I have to stand there for a few minutes before they’re like “oh yeah.” I had a lemonade and it seemed like it was extremely watered down, barely any flavor and probably needed to change the tap. Asked to use the bathroom and they said yes before saying something like “no someone made a mess and we forgot to clean it”

This location CONSISTENTLY gets my order wrong EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME. I wish that was an exaggeration too!! IM LIVID. I've actually never been to this location and had my order 100% correct when I get home no matter if I repeat myself 3 times at the intercom AND AGAIN AT THE WINDOW WHEN I HAND THEM MY CARD. I've had enough I'm reporting this location. I'm tired of losing money for THE WRONG ORDERS

🔥🔥🔥Okay at this location those guys getting busy I understand, although I didn't see that much of a customers inside and in a Drive-Thru yet days couple guys running around fast so they forget to use gloves etc... I ordered two donuts vanilla cream which they apparently never had, he put it vanilla glazed donut without even mentioning that so I told him and ask exchange it with Boston cream then the guy barely grab paper scooped out with his practically bare hand the donut out of bag with other donuts and gave me the bag and we are here in complaining on covid and all and yet these guys apparently don't care without masks and everything... I could say it's a bad location but most likely that's how owner treat their employees same way employees handling the business for their employer this location must be checked out with officials from Dunkin donuts immediately 👊🙌

I was just in the drive-thru and they told me it is closed, I asked what time they closed and they said 10:45, it was 10:42 and they still decided to not take my order. Now the website says this location closes at 11pm. So change your store hours on the site, or speak with the night crew of the importance of not closing before the scheduled time. I will definitely not come back to this location.
