Freshii

Had been at a Freshii in another state. It was really good. When a friend was looking for healthy options, suggested this place. What a mistake! Only one place for more than two people to sit together in this place.Sat down at the only table. My arm stuck to the table. The table was filthy. Now the food. Skimpy portions. Two pieces of cabbage. Wilted cilantro. Etc.. The paper bowl I was given was half full. Not fresh. Not standardized, which is what it is supposed to be. Buyer be ware. Wish I had read these reviews before I went there.

Atmosphere: Every time I walk in, it's clean and organized. Nothing is ever out of place! I wouldn't say it's welcoming but I will say that the staff is friendly and patient! Menu- Before going I was under the impression that this place was strictly a vegatarian/vegan because of my vegetarian/ vegan restaurant. Although a lot of items don't have meat, there are options to add chicken or beef! Some of the items are a little pricey but most are affordable. Food: What can I say? The food is fresh! When you order it' does take a while for your food to be made, busy or not but I think it's worth paying for especially if you really into your food being fresh and healthy. I'd rather pay for this than a Subway to be honest. Portions are pretty good to, whenever I go there I can barely finish my meal because I get full halfway through! If you order to go there are no plastic bags. (Thank god!) Great place! Hope you guys stay around!!! -Rondo

There was no acknowledgement when we walked in. We placed our order and was told they would bring the water out to us. 3 employees on staff and yet it took 15-20 minutes to receive a salad and a bowl, no water. (There was just 1 person ahead of us that ordered 1 bowl.) The salad was warm and dry due to the fact that there wasn't a drop of dressing in it! No apologies in regards to the wait nor the error. Customer service skills completely lacking...very disappointing. Will not return nor recommend!

I stopped in here one morning last week because I wanted to try to the fresh squeezed juice on the menu. I ask the woman working which she recommended and she said she’d never tried any of them. She then preceded to tell me that the advertised fresh juices were actually bottled and provided by a local vendor. I replied that I was actually looking for some fresh pressed juice. She then tells me that these bottled juices are SO much fresher than anything they could make. And that their food sits out all day so these bottled juices are much better. If the employees are letting food sit out all day and then telling customers about it it’s no surprise that I never see anyone in this restaurant. I literally turned around and walked out without buying anything. The name of this place is Freshi and you don’t have fresh food?! No thank you.

I came looking for something similar to an acai bowl and found the cali bowl. I was the only person in the store when I ordered and it took about 10-15 minutes. It was really watery and not even cold so staff offered to remake it. Five minutes later, I was informed that they didn't have enough ingredients for it so staff offered a refund. The service kind of sucked but it seemed more due to the running of store and inventory. Three parties walked in after me and non of them had gotten their food by the time I left. I walked out empty handed after about 25 minutes. I obviously got impatient but I felt more bad for the staff working there by the time I left.

Great for a quick fresh salad. The price is reasonable but a little more expensive than one would expect for a fast food like salad place. The Pros: 1 - The portion is reasonable and the salad dressing if very good. 2 - Good place for a quick lunch. The salad preparation was fast and everything looks fresh. The cons: 1 - This place is located at a shaded area in the afternoons, so if you are looking to sit outside and enjoy lunch on the outside it is not the best place in town. 2 - The salad I ordered came with too little chicken. While overall the salad was very good this was a little break to my expectations.

First time ordering here. I ordered online to have it picked up at 8:30am. Upon arrival I told the cashier I was here for my order and they didnt even knew an order had came in thru online. Once I told her what I ordered she said they didnt have eggs. So they couldn't make anything that involved eggs. She then she offered a substitute with egg whites. So I agreed. Once I got my breakfast bowl no bag was offered just simply handed down, no problem. But once I got to work and started to eat it I notice it didnt had avocado. Which it comes with the breakfast bowl. overall the food tastes good. The staff was able to offer a substitute. But no avocado 😔

The food is alright, the chicken is tasteless though. Asked for a cup of water, they said they were too busy to give it to me so I would get it with my order. I insisted saying I prefer drinking water before eating- same reply. Had to buy a water for 2$ and suddenly they have time now. And even while scanning and charging me for a water there was no suggestions of just giving me a damn cup of water.
