A wonderful place filled with goodness, freshness and kindness. The cookies are fresh, hot off the oven, and the people at the counters are extremely helpful and kind. The lady at the counter gave us extra cookies just to make up for some delays in the oven. A wonderful gesture to keep our little girls happy. Will keep coming back.

I am a regular at Insomnia Cookies Evanston; the staff always welcomes me with smiles and kindness, even if they’ve had a challenging day. Today they even gave me a free sample for the new vegan pumpkin spice cookie. They were crispy on the outside and soft in the center. They pair really well with apple cider as well as oat milk. Bottom line: all their cookies are tasty, and their customer service is great.

Cookies have way too much sugar and egg in them. They're not bad but none of them are worth $4 for just 1. Could get cookies just as good or better from any other bakery, not really worth the hype. However I do really like how late they're open when craving a late night snack and there's nothing else.

One of the best cookies I've ever tasted. Minus one star since both of my friends' orders got cancelled, and mine was the only one that got delivered. But this could just be because of an understaffed establishment.

Nice warm cookies and friendly service. But store was run down and dimly lit. Also they ran out of two different types of cookies at 7pm on a weekday. Not an exceptional experience. I was more impressed by Insomnia Cookies on Sheridan Road by Loyola University Chicago

absolutely the worst vegan cookies I’ve had. ordered more than once just to make sure it wasn’t me. whether it was delivered or picked up cookies were so cold and so hard. like almost couldn’t bite them. warming them up helped nothing. just tasted like rocks
