If you love chicken then you should not miss this place! Chicken in here is so good. I ordered their six wings dinner which is six wings served with fries. I thought I would not be able to finished all of it that is why I choose take out but I was wrong. The chicken is still hot when I ate it and it was crispy the fries are crispy too, both of it are well-seasoned, the chicken has a perfect crunch in its skin and it was tender and perfectly cooked too. It was just literally so good and I seriously cannot get enough of it. I did not know they have this kind of amazing spot like this in the area and I wish I had known it sooner. I highly recommend this place. The food is delicious, the staff is nice and friendly, service is fast and prices are reasonable!

The boneless wings are huge! Definitely what you would call Buffalo wings. Flavor, tenderness and sauce amount was spot on. Surprisingly they have fried okra. Being a southerner, had to get it and was not disappointed one bit. The fried chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy tender on the inside. And a plus, friendly staff! I will definitely be coming here more often.

First time going here and it was really good! It was season inside and delicious. I got the boneless wings with fries and bread and got a lot of sauce, thank you btw. Definitely will be coming back and recommend this place!

Whenever we are in Evanston, this is consistently one of the places we like to visit! The chicken is simply delicious! We always get the whole wings, but I'm sure that the flats and drums are also very well done. The french fries are just OK, though. And, they always put a couple of pieces of bread in the bottom of the basket for you. Nothing terribly special there (it is nice to have for those who enjoying that piece of bread or want to make a quick sandwich out of a piece of chicken).
The parking lot is tight and small. However, you tend to not spend too much time there as it's completely a pick up spot, these days. This was my graduate school special and is still one of my favorites! Highly recommended.

The chicken here is delicious. Not many places that I could get good fried chicken in the area but this place fills that void. The only downside was the catfish. It was the first time trying it at Chicken Shack and that muddy flavor was intense, damn near overbearing.

Stopped and got some chicken bits and fries with BBQ sauce. The sauce was excellent and the chicken was crispy and well seasoned. Can’t wait to come back!

This picture does not do the food justice!! It was SO delicious. The chicken was fresh. Fries were really good. And of course, the honey barbecue was the best. I am not a huge barbecue fan but that honey barbecue was so good

The best chicken I’ve had in a long time unbeatable quality and great prices. Probably of the best fried chicken places in Chicagoland. Not to mention the extremely amazing and polite staff. 10/10
