Phenomenal! Great service, great food, great vibes. My food and everything those at my table had was delicious. The green tea mochi ice cream was especially awesome to me.
Good portion sizes too, so though everything is moderately priced you're getting good bang for your buck. Only downside I think the cocktails were just ok, but next time I'll just save and drink water because everything else was fantastic

I've been going here for many years. Staff is very nice and probably the best sushi in Evanston. I've had both dinner and lunch at this restaurant. Attached pic is the bento box I get for lunch.

4th time eating at Kansaku. As always, very warm and welcoming environment. Kansaku offers very tasty appetizers along with excellent maki rolls (lobster king and Carnival)!! Service was quick and friendly. Definitely coming back again!

Water was really good too. I seldom say that.
We had Spring Citrus, California And Kamikazi Rolls..We enjoyed them all. A bit pricey but it's worth the money. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Honestly some of the best sushi I've ever had. The service was great, as was the atmosphere. We could watch the chefs working and it was amazing to see the level of concentration and attention to detail they put into their work.

my husband and I were blown away on how amazing the food and service was. order the Volcano and ask for Reiley to be your server! he made our experience more enjoyable than just great food!
