Ordered two meals from here and my husband and I both were sick all night! Chicken was definitely old, rubbery, had been sitting out for a few hours or just poorly cooked. The macaroni was super cheesy which we usually like, but this was way over the top. Best part was the soda. We both decided to just leave kfc alone to avoid any issues.

The food at this KFC was quite good! But, if you go through their drive-thru, check your order! Ours was missing something and the drinks were wrong. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and the food was good. I recommend this KFC.

Heard amazing things about the Nashville hot chicken and the superb crunch and juicy chicken. So I ordered here and bleeeehhhh. The chicken was obviously old. Its was dry, chewy and no crunch at all đź‘Žthe fries were okay, they had good flavor. The biscuits was really good. Soft on the inside!

Meal was subpar. The one young employee in the kitchen was yapping away saying “fuck” this and “fuck” that and she’s a “bitch”, etc. The poor older woman who gave me my meal looked tired of the drama. God bless those employees who have to be around that kind of person for a whole shift. Makes my ears bleed.

Every time we go to this kfc, our order is messed up. Then when you go back in they argue, and bad mouth you like your not there. Worst customer service and management around!!! Highly don’t recommend

Ordered 4 famous bowls. Every bowl had half the amount of food literally filled half way, it was sad. Maybe 5 pieces of small chicken in each. Didn't even get the cookies that go with the meal. There was 1 other customer. Not busy at all. There's no excuse. I just read another review similar to mine as well so it's definitely a problem.

Ordered a simple famous bowl meal. Food was made fast but was COLD!! Only got half of what it should have been, and they can never get the special request right. Not to mention when I asked for forks they gave me two knifes!! Luckily I had one extra fork in the car. Won’t be coming here again. Absolute disappointment. Lobby was also very dirty, along with the bathrooms.

I'm not sure how this place has such a high rating. My order is always wrong. Staff is rude and tries to rush you through your order. Nine times out of ten the chicken is old, even at peak meal hours. They also conveniently never give you a receipt, so no chance for a review there. And if you order a sandwich it will probably be dry since they can't squeeze the bottle hard enough to get sauce out I guess? And of course the drink. I hope you like trying new flavors because you won't get what you ordered and it's mostly carbonation anyway.
