Dunkin'

I come here all the time with my husband, and usually have a great experience with the workers but this time we did not have that great of an experience. The lady we had was pretty rude right off to start, was short with us, and had a slight attitude. We asked if we could get ketchup on our grilled cheese and she said “No we can’t do that” even though we were able to any other time in the past, and also told us we could have cream added to a latte… My husband asked her a question when we pulled up to the window, and she clearly ignored him. On the little receipt that was attached to our bag, there was no name, it was just labeled as “Manager” if that’s the case, this location needs to re-evaluate their management, or do some training in customer service, and professionalism.

This specific Dunkin' has historically been *terrible* but I've noticed a huge change recently. My drinks no longer taste like flavored milk--they're delicious and somebody even put a flower design on my foam yesterday! I picked up a walk-in order this AM and for the 1st time *ever* it was actually ready when I arrived 10 min later. There's usually a crazy-long line around the building for drive-thru in the AM and a ton of people waiting inside but not today. They're on top of it lately and I sincerely hope the trend continues!

Every time I come here I try and order chocolate donuts they always tell me when I get to the window to pay that there out of chocolate donuts. do they only have donuts on certain days? Why can I never get my chocolate doughnuts? Also it’s not even 7am yet how are they out of chocolate donuts already?

We stopped at the Fort drum Dunkin’ Donuts and after waiting in a very long line because the service was so slow, it appeared that our order was overlooked because we noticed many people were getting their food that ordered after us before us. When we question about our order the prepared found the order but only gave us half our our order. When we questioned where the rest of our order was the cashier started yelling at us and implying that we were trying to get food we hadn’t ordered. I heard what my husband ordered and he did say everything that we wanted but she made a mistake and made us feel very uncomfortable for her mistake. Avoid this place the service is unprofessional and the cashiers are rude.

We saw this place had bad reviews before going here but decided to give it a shot anyway. Wrong decision. We ordered two coffees that we got right away which were okay, two egg cheese and bacon bagels and two donuts. They put the donuts in the bag without the paper slips, so all the icing melted off and got on the other donuts but they didn’t taste like they should anyway, kind of like they were old. Then we had to wait for our bagels longer because they accidentally handed our order to someone in the drive through, and when we got them, the bagels were burnt and mine had two tops and my husbands had two bottoms, how do you mess that up? Not to mention they set disinfectant wipes on each table, so I basically did their job of cleaning the tables, no napkins either. We love Dunkin but will definitely look for a different breakfast spot in the future. But the coffee was fine.
