Fast drive thru actually the fastest experienced in any Wendys.
Delicious DBL baconator how ever cooked this made it fresh! French fries perfect. Yes i gave a Wendys positive review and this location deserved it. Even the kids meal chicken nuggets was approved by 2 year old.
Only criticism they forgot my sweetener for my tea.

The gentleman working at this Wendy's location on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 was incredibly helpful. He was friendly, attentive with all customers. He offered my "proper" ranch dressing to put on my sandwich rather than the dressing in the squeeze packets. We would all be so pleased with such excellent customer service in a fast food restaurant!

It's hot and miss here. Lately, they seem to be better. They're almost never friendly. Last friendly associate I saw was the guy that used to get his nails done. It seems there's usually something missing or made incorrectly. I don't usually eat here, unless someone specifically asks for wendy's bc of how bad it is. All in all, this one is still 1000x better than the one in Eustis.

I go there and get the salad to eat for dinner three different salads they're all pretty good I can buy the salad mix at the grocery store but it's just as much as a salad cost here and they got plenty picks in them so I just get them from Wendy's. I've never had their burgers but I'm sure they're good stick with the salads. They're always friendly at the drive-thru

We ordered through drive thru, came home and they gave us the wrong food. I drove back and went inside, the man running the register was struggling with the person Infront of me order. Than when I handed him the bag of food and explained what happened he seemed confused on how to even help me. All the while there where multiple other employees standing there. Overall I waited 15 minutes before being helped.

We got there 10 minutes before they closed. They were happy to take care of us. We were hot and tired from spending the day at Disney

Everything was Great food was hot and fresh,the staff was really nice the male manager was really nice,the older female manager I think she was a manager was not very nice to her staff at all.But she was ok to customers,I don't like when people are nasty to their staff .The male manager was Awesome so was the girl who took our order, don't remember her name but she had bluish hair she was so nice and sweet even when the register wasn't working her and the male manager were very apologetic.
The register wasn't taking cards properly so it was mostly cash transactions only . But the customers that were there were all very understanding. It was a really nice experience overall .
