Solid, nice, pleasant, welcoming ... We found Benny's as we drove around looking for a place for dinner, and greatly enjoyed a (slightly wind-whipped) beer and a hamburger (one of us) and a reuben (the other of us). Both were made fresh, and both were tasty. There was nothing that changed my world in the food, but it was good nonetheless... Clearly a local joint, as we were the only people there who did not seem to know everyone else there, but everyone was friendly and welcoming too.

Best French dip sandwich ever. You might pass this gem up if your not looking for it. The food is so good. Their prices are amazing. They are welcoming and fast. We will definitely be back.

We stopped at this small town restaurant as we were passing through town. The service was great and the food was even better! Very friendly staff let us know what was going around town that day and made us feel welcome, not only in their establishment but also in their town.

Our family had a burger, chicken fried steak and a KC Strip for supper with fried green beans and mushrooms for appetizers. Amazing! Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious (except the mushrooms. None of us liked them. But that's OK - there was plenty of other stuff to eat!) No one went home hungry and our drinks never went dry!

Great service, food, and prices. My fried cod was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. They have daily specials plus seasonable appropriate sides. Highly recommend!
