My visits here are typically hit and miss. Sometimes it's great, other times it's awful. Most recently (today), I bought a you pick two - a salad and half sandwhich. This is the smallest half sandwhich I've ever seen...there's no way you essentially made me pay $5 for this. Picture is attached, salad next to it for scale. I'm just baffled. It's smaller than the baguette they give you. If this was the only time my order had been messed up, or in this case, was just comically sized, they would get a better rating from me. As it stands...I'm disappointed. Edit: 4/10/22 - Ordered their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich....$9.00 for this sandwich. The disappointment speaks for itself.

I've eaten at a lot of of Paneras and they are usually awesome. I can't think of a bad experience I've had before this one. The ordering process was fine. I went to get a drink of Sierra Mist and found out they were out of syrup. That is completely understandable. I let the cashier know and went to sit down. When the food arrived, my husband asked them if the syrup for the Sierra Mist had been changed. She cashier said she didn't know. I went to try to get some a few minutes later and again before I left and it still hadn't been changed. The women's restroom was pretty clean, but my husband said the men's was filthy. My husband and I both ordered a pick 2. The flavors were fine but the soups were barely warm. My kids' macaroni and cheeses were horrible. The cheese was super thin and runny, more like soup than mac and cheese and the noodles were dried out. They were also really cold. I have never in my life sent food back at a restaurant, but I returned those bowls. The replacements were at least slightly warm, but the cheese was still thin and runny. My salad and my husband's sandwich were perfect.

Overall disappointing. I asked the clerk, order taker, for their list of ingredients that went into their dishes. He said that they didn't have one but he could tell me what was in a dish if I told him what dish I was interested in. This is of course ridiculous in the modern world of food allergies and dietary restrictions. Also when he did tell me what was in a recipe it didn't include all of the details such as salt lemon juice etc etc all of the things that go into a recipe that they don't include such as chicken. I then said I was gluten intolerant and asked what items on their menu were gluten free. You did not know and looked at me as if he was very confused. He then asked his manager what items were gluten free. Her response as she was walking away from him, and didn't even acknowledge me in one bit. Was " nothing here is gluten free everything is contaminated" and she shouted it from across the room. She was so hostile the entire time that we were in this stupid restaurant. I would highly recommend that anybody who has the ability to drive 10 or 15 minutes more just keep driving by.

This is honestly by far the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. The floors and counters they were making the orders was filthy and covered in wrappers food and bags things that are easily swept or picked up. Not only this but my $20+ order consisting of a couple soups and a sandwich was absolutely disgusting due a cup of soup spilling all over everything in the bag and my car seat. I spoke to a man on the phone who seemed as though he was part of the spectrum.. if you have at least half the brains he does you’ll ignore the gas prices and just go up to wildwood instead

I just had yet another unacceptable experience at this location. The Deli turkey sandwich had so much mustard on it I'm sure they must be out of mustard for the rest of the day! It oozed through both pieces of bread so my fingers were covered and it was dripping! Last time I bought the same sandwich there was hardly ANY turkey on it. I stopped eating at all Paneras a long time ago because of inconsistencies just like this. I think I'll go back to eating elsewhere.

3rd time IN A ROW that they can’t seem to put in the bag what was paid for. Asked at window checkout to please confirm, they did, and as suspected was missing items paid for. I realize that QSR’s have been impacted by the after effects of the pandemic…but what is the GM actually managing then? The GM was rude, patronizing and full of excuses. “We’re very busy” isn’t an excuse for failure to meet the lowest level, basic tenet of a sale…which is providing what was paid for. Panera Eureka, I can no longer support your incompetence with my dollars. There’s too many other options that provide ALL of the order, not just most of it. When you don’t enforce high standards, you settle for mediocrity, and your prices demand better than that.

I was on the road yesterday for a day trip and decided to make a quick drive thru stop to grab a healthy bite. I ordered the Greek yogurt with fruit and an iced tea. I paid for my order and drove on my way as I was driving along I opened my yogurt parfet and stuck my spoon to it .. NOT IN IT because it was solid as a rock!!!! And slime was all over it. I lifted it to take a quick look as I was on the road and saw that the yogurt was YELLOW!!!! GROSS .. I quickly put the lid back on and pitched it back into the bag until I could find a garbage can. Made me ill to think about how disgusting it was. I have been disillusioned by Panera for the unforeseeable future!!! I did take a photo but I don't have option to add here?

HORRIBLE! I ordered a kids turkey deli sandwich and it was disgusting, lacking any flavor and absolutely not worth the money. This joke of a meal was stale bread, cold sliced turkey and a piece of cheese. NO FLAVOR. There was no sauce or other “deli” condiments to make this an actual meal. Awful. I suggest you go somewhere else to eat.
