Taco Bell

If I could possibly give the store -4 stars I would . I'm not expecting anything Amazing,it's Taco Bell however the fact that my nacho fries are cold the second time u fix my order then u refuse a refund because u are not a corporate location. When I asked the manager why he wasn't answering the phone , and then he hung up when they did actually answer before any words we're exchanged he shut the window almost as fast as he hung the phone up . Not only were my nachos fries cold before and after they replaced my food the shells were hard the meat was cold and the over interaction was horrendous. It will be a Long time before I eat taco bell at any location. Literally a waste of 31.dollars and a good hour of my time driving back and waiting just to have to go to the store and buy real food to make defeated my overall purpose of eating out ... Big Ups to the the employees that day . Not giving any cares . Being the best u ...lol....- minus four stars , high key as the young Kids wood say.

I try not to leave bad reviews, however the past 3 times I have got out and driven to this taco bell, there is always an issue. I understand that places are understaffed, so I try not to judge but I've come at different times of the day and night, different parts of the month and have always been greated with around the same phrase. Hi, we are understaffed and food is going to be 30 mins, then changes to 40 mins. This time I went and they said we have 1 person cooking and 1 large order in front of you, I said okay how long before you can start my order? They said 5 minutes. Of course I'm okay with that, then the manager gets on and says it'll be a lot longer than 5 mins. Just putting this out there for anyone who is actually making a trip out to get food, it gets disheartening when no one is open and the 1 place that is too understaffed to really be open. Everytime.
