Amazing food. Nice atmosphere. Have never had the dish before. German Beef Rouladen. It was a roll of beef with pickle and bacon and onions. Smothered in gravy. Also had red cabbage which was just the right amount of acid to cut through the gravy. Also the potato dumplings were yummy. Soup was hearty. Whole meal was great. Will go back, have already recommend to some folks.

The service and food was exceptional, we had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and authentic. We had the European salad, the Jaeger schnitzel and the Champignon schnitzel. The dishes were perfectly prepared. The pork was juicy and tender and the sauces were delicious and the breading was crisp and not oily. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

The food was very good, portion was large and it was well priced. My food came steaming hot which I appreciate. The menu selection was huge and they do have options of ordering some of the entrées without the soup or salad for a lower price. I wish I had had the time to try a dessert. They had a good selection. I wasn't impressed by the decor, but that's personal taste. It tries to replicate an old Vienna Bistro. They need to update their signage!!! The restaurant doesn't have anything to do with Stuffed Potatoes..that was the previous restaurant in that location...it's a German restaurant with very good food. I think they might get more business if the sign on their restaurant said Vienna Bistro. I will eat there again when I visit Eureka in a few months.

Nice little place to eat. Great food and it is hard to make a choice. Love the sweet and sour red cabbage and the spatzel. Just have to keep coming back.

Always a joy to eat here, I love the schnitzel with cheese and Paprikesh chicken is a longtime fav!
2019 June went back after a long hiatus and the decor is more upscale. Menu is mostly the same, but no stuffed potatoes and they are dinner only now. I like that there is an early bird discount menu with a la carte items. Everything I've had previously was just as good, maybe a little upgraded. Just a great place overall and service is quick considering the quality foods!

If you get that craving for some schnitzel and sauerkraut the way I do, this is the place for it in Humboldt. Excellent food, the jager schnitzel was fantastic. My wife and I are planning our return to try the goulash and strudels already.
Excellent date night place. Prices are a little on the high side, but it was absolutely worth it. They also have a good selection of German beers to have with your meal, and wines as well.

We went here after reading the reviews. That made me look at the extensive menu online. When we entered the waitress let us know that there was a wait of about 30 minutes between order and service of food. She explained that there was only the chef and she handled everything for cooking. We stayed and ordered chicken in pastry for my husband and a Reuben potato for me. A hard choice because I love potato pancakes. .. home made corned beef on the potato, great flavor and not too salty, the normal sin of corned beef. The pastry was very good. Nothing was left on the plates when we were done. I liked that the waitress advised us so well on our meal choices. Since I was unfamiliar with German beers she chose a great selection for me after determining what sort of beer I enjoy. Even my husband drank some and he doesn't drink beer. I would expect that dome items are not available every night given the number of items on the menu.

Oh. My. God. I have had German food all over the world--and in Berlin, Nuremberg, and other great German food cities....THIS IS THE BEST AUTHENTIC GERMAN FOOD that I have ever had!! Everything is homemade and incredibly delicious. We have been back three times in one week! We are planning to come here once a week for the very best in comfort food while it is cold!
