Cafe Amore

Great pizza no doubt but the experience was not fun. First off, there is a sign on the door about masks. Get over it! I'm not coming back until the sign is down. Second the attitude of the woman inside because I'm not terrified of a scamdemic with a 99.9% survival rate was ridiculous. Additionally, they refused to add extra toppings to a gluten free pizza because the owner is somehow worried about the appearance of a pizza with too many toppings. What? 🙄 I'm the customer and I'm willing to pay, put the darn toppings on the pizza! The other regular crust pizza was delicious....too bad about everything else. They make good pizzas, but I can get good pizza at other places without the attitude.

This was our 2nd visit to Cafe Amore and it did not disappoint! The salad was fresh and delicious, the waitstaff is amazing, and our entrees were to die for. I am a vegetarian and the waiter was very accommodating. Highly recommend the fettucini alfredo. The food and the service cannot be beat. We will be back every time we are in town!

This is, hands down, one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. It’s so good, we had it two days in a row! We tried Uncle Pat’s Meatball Pizza, Uncle Jerry’s “The Works” Pizza, and the Hawaiian Hula Pizza. (While they were all delicious, the consensus was that “The Works” reigned supreme.) So, to get into it, the crust is just the right texture between dough, bread, and crust. It’s not soggy, but it is soft and chewy. It tastes like pizza is supposed to taste. The toppings were all topnotch, and the combinations of flavors were excellent. (We also appreciated that the pizzas weren’t drenched in sauce.) The customer service was phenomenal. Both times we went, we were greeted at the door, and the service staff were very friendly. I even got to meet the chef! Overall, Cafe Amore was a highlight of our trip - I’ll never be able to look at pizza the same way again!

My husband and I dined here last night and just WOW. The best service we have ever had at a restaurant! Every person working there was doing something all the time….but not in a rushed hurried way that made you nervous. Just perfect. We ordered the sampler platter app and the bruschetta and caprese was so fresh! The food was phenomenal. We wanted to try the pizza and pasta so we ordered both and shared. I suggest you do the same…you don’t want to miss out on either. We will come back every time we visit Eureka! Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience.

Just cannot say enough about the delicious food, as well as the entire wait staff. The vegetarian pizza and "death by chocolate" dessert were knockouts, and it became apparent that the entire staff, that seemingly also included management, ensured that tables and customers were very well attended (but not excessively) by a team of happy people with smiling faces who knew all aspects of the job. We will definitely go back.
