Taco Bell

By far the worst taco bell experience ever. First off, the lady accepting orders was clearly not happy to be working there. No smile no thank you no receipt. When I asked if I could have mild sauce, I must have upset her. I didn't know that she'd already put 20 hot sauce packets in the bag. Now for the food, I ordered a beefy stuffed burrito, the rice was very hard and the burrito was an absolute mess. I also ordered the 3 soft taco combo, where is the meat? At best, if I'd taken the meat from all 3 I may have had enough meat for one of the soft tacos. Lastly, the floors are horribly dirty. Hopefully there is a way to correct the issues. I hope the best for your employees Taco Bell, This is unacceptable.

The food is alright, but majority of the times I've been here lately, the work staff seems untrained and completely zoned out. The kitchen staff walk around like zombies and no one seems to care about the customers. I'm convinced that these same staff members are the only ones running the store. My girlfriend and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat around 8 o' clock pm and we were out at around 9:30 because apparently one of the workers forgot that we had placed an order in the first place. It's not fine dining, I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for some fast food tacos.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Was originally delivery. Recieved freezing cold food and incorrect order. Decided to get take out immediately after. When I showed up to the restaurant, the workers were very rude. As soon as I made it to the window all I could smell was Marijuana, and they all looked like they were sleep walking. Pitiful.
