Burger King

Minus zero is what this place deserves. Filthy place. I wouldn’t let a dog eat in there. Rude employees. They act like you’re bothering them when you walk in there. The fries were cold and greasy. Couldn’t eat them as they were hard. Overcooked. They got the burger wrong. I asked for no onions. All I got was a burger with onions. I took it back. She unwrapped it and, with bare hands, picked it up and picked the onions off of it and then re-wrapped it and handed it back. She got mad when I asked for a refund. What a nasty place. Avoid this Burger King or, better yet, avoid Eunice, LA altogether. Filthy town.

Staff is extremely unfriendly. They always seem like they are mad at the world. Like they don't want to be at work. I don't know why they even go in if that's how they feel. My last visit was for a Whooper Jr and med. fry. I get to window pay then get told to pull up. No customers in the store but I have to pull up for a burger and fry? Then I waited 10 minutes for a person that looked so mad at the world cause she had to walk my food out I was afraid to let family eat it. Customer service is SLOW and most, not all, workers Unfriendly! Need some changes at this location. Just look for yourself. All other food joints really busy but not Burger King. WHY?

Food was good and fresh. Staff was friendly. Only thing that I don't like is the drive thru staff makes the customers wait to pull up to the window and pull up to wait for food. I know it's to make the location's timers look good, but they are faking the numbers and it's inconveniencing the customers.

Got there tonight for some food. It was pretty late but still had ten minutes to closing. There was a line and by the time we reached the speaker it was exactly 1am. We were notified they were closed. Tried to explain we had been there for the last ten minutes with zero answer back. As we drove off the person who had just joined the line was very obviously getting his order taken. 😡😡 Oh and another thing... I ate a breakfast burrito there for the first time around a week ago and it tasted horrible. Eggs tasted like poison and the bacon was gross and hard. The whole thing was ice cold and it gave me horrible heart burn! Also the salsa or sauce they use is absolutely AWFUL!!!!! Gross burrito 🤢🤢🤢
