Absolutely terrible service. 9:45 on a Saturday night, waited in the drive through 5 minutes before pulling up to the window. Twice people came to look at us through the window without acknowledging us. Finally the window was opened by a young women who simply nodded when I asked if they were still open. No welcome, not even a smile, not even a grunt. Once I had bothered her long enough, having the nerve to place my order anyway, the burgers were wrapped so haphazardly they were falling apart in the bag. This was the absolute worst, most disagreeable service I have ever received anywhere.

Food was good as usual, that's never been an issue. Customer service, on the other hand, is a bit lacking to say the least. One drive thru employee aggressively slapped our change into my husband's hand and did the same with our bags of food. I don't make a habit of leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable behavior by someone paid to work with the public.
