Tried to order on the phone and they wouldn’t allow me to. I proceeded to ask how busy they were to possibly come in and the dude said thanks and hung up the phone. Whoever works manager on 1/22/22.. you need to work on your management skills. Thank you.

This store should be removed from delivery orders. The 2 times that thier app has ordered from this location has taken over 1 hour to tell me that my order is canceled. I do not know why they cancel the order and there is no way to contact the location because the company doesn't allow it.

I’ve only been to this location once and won’t repeat that. While the online ordering and quick pickup were great, the food was not. The chips were stale, the rice was undercooked, the meat was over cooked and rubbery, and the burritos were maybe the size of a hotdog bun, if that.

Good quality, but on delivery has both: forgotten my chips and proceeded to not refund me automatically after being reviewed directly through the Chipotle app, has given me half of a regular sized serving on a burrito bowl order. Good day.

i’m really surprised chipotle keeps this place open. Maybe during the day you won’t have much problem, but anytime Thursday through Sunday, you will be waiting for at least an hour with their online ordering service. If you order on a food delivery app, they will likely steal your food or say “there’s something wrong with your order” and then steal your food. I highly encourage everyone to skip this chipotle and go to Mucho gusto or some other local Spanish cuisine.

I don't eat any many places but Chipotle is the best! Vegan options and a very friendly helpful staff! Thank you for everything you do every day, it's appreciated!
My favorite restaurant is Chipotle Mexican Grill on the UO campus. The staff there are friendly and I always get my order fast.

Simple, and cheap ($2.20). Yup. And it’s delicious. So many yummy spices, one time I bit into a bay leaf LOL!
I eat there everyday, ordering a burrito at 11:57am before work starts at noon. Speedy.

The new online ordering system is terrible. The promised times for pickup are completely off ours was off by over an hour. There is no way to tell when the order will actually be ready. Why does the app not update the pickup times when the store knows it cannot deliver by then. Not coming back until they fix that system and I recxomend others to do the same. Was told it would take another 45 minutes after waiting an hour. We decided to cancel the order and will not be back.
