Love the pretzels & they seem fresh but every drink I've got there is always more ice, less liquid. They always ask if I want to tip too, which I think is rude. I'll tip if the customer service is outstanding & I will never tip if asked.

We were so looking forward to having pretzel dogs, but it turned out to be a bad experience. The pretzel dogs were burnt, the pretzel was hard and the hot dog was dried out, like it had been under the heat lamp for a very long time and had a dehydrated look to it.
Unfortunately we choose to not eat them and just throw them away.

I went to this location right before new years of 2021 and asked if they did gift cards. They said yes and charged me $14 for 2 fully punched punch cards. They were stamped enough to get a free item on each crad. I gave them to the people i bought them for and when they went to use them the person at the counter wouldn't honor them. I want me 2 free items or my $14 dollars back.

1 Doughy hotdog, 1 pretzels, 1 pepsi and 1 little cheese pack fir $15.00. Pretzels doesn't taste like a pretzel. That is way to much for such bad food, actually it's too much for 1 hotdog 1 pretzel and 1 peosi.

Only one person working, poor kid couldn't keep up by himself, so they were sold out. We got the last two hot items left, and they were stale.
