Easily the best burger joint in the Eugene/Springfield area. Big portions, affordable prices, friendly staff, delicious food, health protocol compliant, and a diverse menu. Family owned vibe. It's at a gas station which is weird but kind of adds to the charm.

Great food. Highly recommended. If your ever in the area, you should stop in and try there food. You won't be disappointed. I ordered the cowboy burger, hands down. Very well crafted!!! (Comes with fries)

I work at the college nearby, and I order my lunch here once a week as a treat. The Keto-style burgers are huge and juicy as a lettuce wrap, and their keto sauce is yummy! They also make their own milkshakes--in all kinds of flavors. Oh, yeah--what a great place, and the people and service is awesome! Best place!

Eleven of us went there for dinner yesterday. What service and patience. The food was so good! Best hamburger in Eugene! Plus the grilled chicken stir fry had so much chicken, in big grilled slices. What a gem of a restaurant!

Weird location but worth the trip...the ladies behind the counter were pleasant and full of joy and greeted each new customer like an old friend stopping by for lunch. My Mom had the chili and I had a teriyaki plate that was good and could have fed 3 people...with teriyaki there's not much difference from place to place it is what it is...so the excellence is in how much and who you encounter while you order it and on both of those levels Doug's exceeded my expectations...I'll be back to try a burger and fry basket next round which also smelled and looked great....well done Doug's...highly recommend...but bring an appetite and they make it all fresh and are popular so be patient :)

The food and shakes are very good. They used to be open on Saturdays and that's when we would go. But between work hour and other responsibilities a one hour window in the evening on weeknights make it difficult to eat there.

Random American food restaurant in a gas station. Good burgers and good specials of the day. Don't be fooled because it's a gas station. Clean restrooms and store is an actual burger joint.

This place is recommended highly by locals and I can see the draw. The burgers looked good but my teriyaki chicken tasted like it had been microwaved.
