Inaccurate posted hours. Drove all the way there, thinking they'd be open as posted online, on a Saturday. Arrived right at 10:30 am, place was dark, closed up, No hours of service posted by the door, no evidence they would be opening up any time soon. Called another JJ location on 7th street to find they weren't open either. Ended up driving to the one by Gateway Mall, and they were open - made our sandwiches fast. It'll be a long while before we return to Jimmie Johns, which is a total shame because they are one of the only decent sub sandwich shops around.

This place is absolute trash! Zero customer service! Wouldn’t replace my order, even though they forgot to put the actual meat on my sandwich. I even gave the delivery a guy a fat tip. Said they were going to call law enforcement if I came down there to get my order remade. … they didn’t even put the correct flavor of chips in the bag either. This place has continually had bad service over the past year and hopefully goes out of business.
Manager stated, “he wasn’t sorry cause they were busy”

Employees not wearing their masks. Bread was unreasonably thick (the wheat option), not confident that they’re following food safety or caring about anything at all. My guess is it’s a management issue. Food and health safety first! My experience did not instill confidence in me about the quality of my food. I will not be eating there again. Not that ya’ll care…
But at least look like you give a dang.

Jimmy John's is one of my guilty pleasures. I just love this spicy Italian sub! Tastes exactly like I want it. Service is quick and friendly.

TERRIBLE service. delivery took 50 minutes, and i was waiting outside in 40 degree weather for most of it. the delivery driver was stupid and went to the wrong place. the person on the phone was rude and started complaining about their own problems. i asked for a refund for making me wait in the cold for so long, and they would not. do NOT order from here

I Love the #10 Hunter - Double Roast Beef, Provolone Cheese, Lettuce 🥬 Tomato 🍅 and Mayo! They do an awesome job at this location is making the famous #10 Hunter. You Can't go wrong with the #10 Hunter, trust me! Next time I am passing thru Eugene, OR I will definitely be stopping at this location for another #10 Hunter!

Pretty sure I got sick from the food here. I hadn't eaten anything all day and chose to go here for dinner. Ate at 6 and by 1am I was praying to porcelain gods. Not sure if isolated incident
