Subway

I was really hungry and went through the drive through at the Subway on Barger and hwy 99. Usually very good, but I go inside normally. He couldn't hear me with the traffic noise and I could not understand him with the mask and glass. What I ordered was a 6" Italian bread turkey, got a foot long while roll turkey, way too much mayo. It is usually great at this sub shop. I won't go through the drive in again.

I visited here twice in the last week and they never seem happy to serve you when they have 15 minutes till closing. It seemed like the lady saw us coming and ran to the back . She didn't come out until my husband said hello? She had a mop in her hand and then didn't even use soap she just rinsed her hands for less than ten seconds. If this is what it's like every time I wont choose this subway to eat at.

I work at the mall, and I always try to come here when on my lunch break. I typically get served by the same guy everytime. He’s great, quick and always has a smile on his face. However, this last experience was one of the absolute worst I’ve ever had. There was 1 person working on making the sandwiches, and 1 girl in the back doing god knows what. I waited over 20 minutes to be helped, got pushed aside, received a burnt sandwich, and heard rude remarks from one of the males that works there. “If you were in a hurry, you should have gone to another sandwich place.” Absolutely unprofessional, and down right rude. I refuse to be served by him ever again. The female at the front, however, did give me my meal for free because of the wait. So I appreciate that, and her efforts to help. But I hope they fire that guy soon.

This Subway is absolutely terrible. The employees are completely incompetent when making a sandwich and keeping a smile on their face. The employees act very unenthusiastic and quite frankly they are down right rude. Don't go to this Subway if you don't plan on leaving in a unhappy mood. Awful service.
