Staff is pretty friendly and always more than happy to get anything you may want or need that is not already out. Pretty decent selection and I always find something to eat (pretty picky eater here) nephew always clears his plate which is rare for kiddos his age. The food is fresh and if you don’t think its up to par again a simple ask and they will make it fresh. Love the cod they have available at dinner it actually tastes like they are literally making it fresh in back and comes out nice and crispy. I always mean to take photos of the food and forget bc I start going to town. Two things I have to say that are a bummer the ranch.. it’s gross... like dollar store special kinda gross... making it is not only cheap these days, but everyone would appreciate “real ranch” buy some hidden valley ranch mix from your distributor spend 20 mins making a huge batch and boom everyone will love it! Secondly not having cheese on the salad bar makes me a bit sad, I feel no salad is complete without some cheese... my nephews schools sad salad bar even has cheese. Great selection of toppings.... but cheese is a MUST!!! PLEASE START MAKING YOUR RANCH! Also if ya could add cheese that would be cool, but I will settle for edible RANCH!

My family had dinner there this evening and although it was very different it was still pretty good. Only complaints my son and I have are the blue cheese dressing was mostly water and his steak was very chewy!! Other then that our experience was great and the customer service was on point!! Thanks for the great work guys and thank you for working!!

Perfect for affordable variety with kids. Solid, laid back service from the staff. Almost all the food I tried was good to acceptable, and the undercooked steak can be chalked up to a user-error. Don't order steak at a pizza-centered buffet. Fewer options than some other buffets, but better consistency and value.

Great place for a fast meal. I had the salad bar and soup. Both are very good. The service is great . They have a pizza bar, a hot bar with mash potatoes, Mac and cheese and ribs. This is not your top quality place. But it's great , if you are very hungry . walk in get a table, and go and grab a plate and start digging in. I rate this a 3 due to me personally not being a big hot bar fan.

Way over priced. I asked for a medium steak and it was well. Chicken was dry and we couldn't swallow it. They forgot our grill order originally. Ice cream machine broken. For dry food, over cooked food and lousy service it was far too expensive. Don't go here, it's a huge disappointment. It's worth the drive to Newport. Their Izzy's is very yummy

I'd say this is probably the best visit I've had to an Izzy's in quite some time. The service was good but the food was even better. Have better menu options since last time I've been to an Izzy's which is good in my book and can't complain about any of the dishes I tried. Not too busy n the ambience was nice n quiet. Pretty good price as well for the dinner and salad buffet. I give it a thumbs up.
