All vegan Chinese restaurant 😍😍😍The food is amazing and Lotus Garden is easy to get to in downtown Eugene. Everything that I have had from here was amazing and unique.

It was ok, the tofu soup tasted kinda weird, mostly just like salty mushrooms or something. We also tried the lotus delight (sweet and spicy) and noodles, they were also ok. The fried rice was strangely chewy and ok. Also ok: the potstickers.
Seems like it wasn't really our thing, so we won't be back.

Oh Lotus Garden, how do I love the? Let me count the ways.
1) vegan options
2) gluten free options
3) really tasty food
Okay... that's only 3 which doesn't fully show how much we like eating here. Even adding in the number of times we've been here in the last two months (at least 5?) wouldn't cover how much we enjoy and appreciate that this is an option. 11/10, would recommend. We'll be back.

I just showed up to this restaurant and waited in the lot across the street for them to open. When i called at about 4:32 to place a carry out order, a woman answered and said "lotus garden, how may I help you?" I responded with "hi yes I'd like to place an order for take out," and she hung up on me!
I gave her the benefit of the doubt at first, thinking the call just dropped. I called back 3 times and each time, it went to voice-mail (which was full, by the way.) This is terrible customer service. I was disappointed because I've been wanting to try this place. Too bad. I'm not coming back.

Came here in a Wednesday at 530pm which they're supposed to be open but it's closed. 2nd time I'm visiting Eugene from out of town wanting to eat here but they're closed during business hours. No sign saying why they're closed. Just closed for no reason. Very unprofessional. Edit: Called them twice on a Thursday at 5pm which is regular business hours, no answer. Two days in a row they're closed during regular business hours with no reason posted on their door as to why they're closed.
