When will you respect the people working outside and don’t want to stay in a car to drink a coffee… Coffee is something to relax and enjoy, you really need to stop the « drive through only », just to put under « Covid » and win more money ! USA wake up !

Drinks at this location are pretty consistent. Lately they've been out of Oatmilk on a pretty regular basis, but I'm pretty sure that's a problem for Starbucks overall at the moment, not just this location.

It’s been two weeks and you’re not allowing walk in business, but you are allowing the drive through to be open? You guys are the most poorly ran Starbucks I’ve experienced. Any excuse to limit your business. If Covid is your reason why, than close the drive through as well.

It sucks that the lobby is closed. Drive thru only? What is that about? I miss going in to get my coffee and seeing the friendly people. Travis is the best.

Cashier was super nice! The lady making the drinks was a different story… she was rude and let my coffee sit there for 5 mins hiding behind a box on the counter before I finally asked if maybe mine got forgotten and then rolled her eyes and said she called it out earlier… well I was standing right there and didn’t hear her I was one of two people inside… then asked for a straw twice and she ignored me until I just grabbed one and then told me I can’t do that… she embarrassed me and made me feel like I was a big pain in her a**

They pick and choose when there hours are. Just out of the blue today they say " we are closing the lobby today" no reason just leave. Come buy at 6pm lobby closed even though it says 7pm. This particular location isn't the easiest to get to, but the staff and prompt service (especially the drive thru) make it one of my favorite quick coffee locations in town. Also, kept very clean and very polite staff!
