Little Caesars

I came to this location on 3/21/22 at 4:45pm and stood for 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. When I was acknowledged the employee stood right in front of me, pulled his pants up from him sagging and folded 5-6 pizza boxes and said someone will be with you in a min. After this I stood for another 25 minutes with no acknowledgement at all as 2-3 customers left right before I did. This is unacceptable customer service no matter if the location is short staffed or not. These employees do not know how to take care of their customers. I worked in the food service industry for three years and this was never tolerated.

Very delicious, very clean and polite, quick service. Went in again...still clean but we couldn't have olives on our pizza, the. Counter person said manager said no. We get there and the manager said she never said that. Ugh so we paid to have cold olives so we. Would put them on ourselves. We then eat a half a pizza and find a dime (money) under the pizza !! With this covid stuff I'm not liking that at all. How many people touched that dime. Called and talked to the manager who said it probably fell in the box when giving back the change due. Hmmmunder the pizza? She said it has happened to her but still with the covid?? Manager was very nice and apologetic.
