I have had Jack's since it was Jack in the box with all the stoner food. Now its a chicken and burger joint. I had the chicken strips, and they were so small. However, they were on point! They do not have the good honey mustard or good ranch here, which is a disappointment. Staff was friendly and overall it was a pleasant visit.

The problem with Jack's is that the service is not consistent across the franchises. This location the order was correct and the food was fresh. The customer service and professionalism were nonexistent. The employees were more interested in socializing than taking care of customers. We asked a question about one of the sauces and the response was curt and rude. It felt as though our presence was a bother.

Always great food and the employees always show concern about our satisfaction. I never mind the short wait to get fresh food and not something offered up from a warmer drawer. Our Eufaula store is just great and have pulled me from burger king for good.

They were friendly, and informative by letting me know it would be about 2 minutes for the fresh baked biscuits to compete my order. The fried chicken tasted great, the gravy was delicious, the green beans and mashed potatoes were good and the fresh hot biscuits were spot on.

Went today while passing through Eufaula and stopped to get the fish sandwich everyone the last time and this time the staff overcooked them so bad a lot of the sandwich could not be eaten. The chicken sandwich was very good and tasty. The fish sandwich they currently have on special was loved by the Oma and the Moms. Chicken fingers were pretty good. Fast service and cooked to order so everything was fresh.

OMG. The sausage-egg breakfast sandwich was unbelievable. My wife loved her made from scratch butter biscuit. First trip here at the Dothan Jack's and we were so pleasantly surprised. Great service in drive thru as well. Love this hidden gem. Not enough in southeast.

The food was pretty good, it didn't take long to get the order even though it was a larger order. The place itself was clean and tidy.

Eat very little fast food, but we're on the road in a small town and thought what the heck! Food was better than average and super clean bathrooms!!
