My girl ❤ Arby's so we go eat there quite often 😋. Mainly for the mozzarella stick. So the last few time we been here the food was cold, they forgot 1 of are orders and the fries were not fresh 😕 smh...

It's a shame the salad I ordered wasn't too good the lettuce was brown, going bad 😞. If I lived closer I would of taken it back. Gas to high to drive back across town. Thumbs down on that

Fries was hot...Turkey sandwich was made very poorly.I didn't ask for extra ranch,it was all over the place...It was also cut wrong(one side bigger than the other)No condiments,no napkins and the young lady at the window asked me if I wanted my change

The last resort for me. I always enjoy the great customer service at the Arby's on 116th. This Arby's always bad attitude attached with a alright sandwich. The unbalance makes it a last resort. No time for drama. Make a sandwich.

Generally fast service despite there always being a huge line wrapped around the building. Very pleasant and enthusiastic staff almost every time I go. They often upside my milkshakes and stuff for free! Very cool staff.
